May PSU: Securing Water Rights

We are thrilled to share another update on our rural clean water project for the large, desert community of Las Mercedes KM11, Peru. Over the past few months, we have made significant progress toward our goal of providing sustainable access to clean water for this deserving community.

We are pleased to announce that after extensive research and collaboration with local authorities, we have identified the crucial step necessary to ensure the success and longevity of our project: securing full water rights via the TUPA 1 application. Last month, we initiated this new application process, known as TUPA 1, to obtain the necessary permissions and authorizations.

Our Planning and Engineering team, in collaboration with local governance, is diligently compiling all the necessary documentation and assessments to show the positive impact that our clean water project will bring to the Las Mercedes KM11 community.

We are grateful for the ongoing support and encouragement we have received from our supporters, both at our recent 5th Annual Speakeasy Fundraiser and far beyond. Your unwavering commitment to our mission propels us forward and provides us with the motivation to overcome obstacles and realize our vision of transforming lives through access to clean water.

We anticipate a comprehensive review process as we seek approval for our TUPA 1 application. While this may require additional time and patience, we are confident in the impact of our project proposal and we are optimistic about the outcome. Our team is preparing to address any questions or concerns raised during the evaluation process and will work closely with the relevant authorities to ensure a successful and efficient review.

Once our TUPA 1 application is approved, we will be one step closer to actualizing a sustainable and reliable clean water system for the Las Mercedes KM11 community. We’re excited to empower the community with the positive impact we know our project will have on the lives of the residents, especially in terms of improved health, enhanced education opportunities, and economic growth.

As we progress on this project journey, we extend our gratitude to all those who have supported us thus far. Your contributions, whether financial, moral or simply through spreading awareness, have made a significant difference. Together, we are proving that when we unite for a common cause, we can bring positive change and improve the lives of those in need. It is only together that we can bring True Water and True Life.

Thank you for your unwavering support!
